He is a delegate to the Shanghai Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference, China Overseas Friendship Association, and China Young Entrepreneurs Association. He also co-founded the Centum Charitas Foundation and Y. Elites Association in Hong Kong.

Nicholas received a Masters in Business Administration degree from The University of Hong Kong and The London Business School and a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from The Rochester Institute of Technology. He is an active supporter in philanthropy and public service. He is currently a delegate of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference of the Municipality of Chongqing, a Vice Chairman of The Chongqing Overseas Youth Association, and Vice-Chairman of The Joyful (Mental Health) Foundation.
